Our Inspiring Journey

Inclusive Together began with one family’s journey—and a belief that every community can do better.

When founder Lauren Tarzia’s older son was diagnosed as autistic, she experienced the diagnosis not only as a professional speech-language pathologist, but as a mother. Despite years of training in autism and inclusive education, navigating the system for her own child was overwhelming. Over time, fear gave way to understanding—and with that, hope.

After moving to New Canaan, CT in 2023, Lauren found meaningful connection and growing acceptance, but also a gap: inclusive and adaptive enrichment opportunities were limited, and families, schools, and organizations needed more support and education.

What began as "The Rosy Road", a social community for individuals with autism, evolved into Inclusive Together—expanding its mission in March 2024 to neuroinclusive accessibility, community education, and meaningful inclusion and support for all.

Today, Inclusive Together partners with families, schools, organizations, and businesses to model inclusive practices and create environments where neurodivergent individuals and their families can truly thrive.
