Code of Conduct

Inclusive Together is built on the belief that everyone deserves to feel welcome, respected, and supported. Our events, programs, and online spaces are designed to foster connection, belonging, and understanding for individuals of all abilities and their families.

By participating in Inclusive Together activities—online or in person—you agree to uphold the following shared values:

1. Respect & Inclusion

Treat all participants, families, partners, and staff with kindness, dignity, and respect.
Honor differences in ability, communication styles, sensory needs, and lived experiences.
Use inclusive, respectful language and behavior at all times.

2. Shared Responsibility

Inclusive Together events are community-based and judgment-free spaces.
Parents, caregivers, and accompanying adults remain responsible for the supervision, safety, and support of their children during events.
Families are encouraged to bring any additional supports (family members, aides, therapists, or tools) needed to ensure a positive experience.

3. Supportive Environment

We strive to create environments that are welcoming, adaptive, and accessible.
If a situation arises that impacts safety, comfort, or inclusion, we ask participants to work collaboratively and compassionately toward resolution.

4. Unsafe or Disruptive Behavior

Behavior that is threatening, discriminatory, aggressive, or unsafe to others will not be tolerated.
Inclusive Together reserves the right to ask individuals or families to step away from an activity or event if necessary to protect the well-being of the community.

5.Online & Community Engagement

Content shared in Inclusive Together spaces should reflect our mission and values.
We reserve the right to remove content that is inappropriate, harmful, or inconsistent with our community standards.
